We do not set an age limit on mommy & me classes, but we recommend bringing children ages 3 and older. We usually have a good mix of ages ranging on average from 3-9 but older kids are welcome. Might we also add that we are not exclusive to moms. We also welcome dads, aunts, and grandparents to come with the kids!
